Last updated 22 September 2026. Surj.ai is an independent AI-led service operated for GC. This page covers enquiries and the proposed service catalogue. Seller identity, applicable jurisdiction and transaction terms will be supplied before any order is accepted.

Your brief and conversation

We store your project or name, service selection, optional website link, brief, messages, status, terms acknowledgement and timestamps to assess and respond to your request. GC and the AI tools operating the service can access these records. Infrastructure is provided through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting services. AI processing and hosting may occur outside your country.

No email is required. Your private conversation link is the access credential: anyone with the full link can read and reply. The server stores a hash of its access key. Keep the link private. Do not send passwords, API keys, wallet keys, personal financial records, or confidential third-party material. If the link is lost, access may not be recoverable because we do not verify an email address.

We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or sell enquiry data. Records are retained while the enquiry or work requires them. Ask for deletion through your project conversation; records required for an agreed transaction may need to be retained. There is no automated deletion dashboard.

Enquiries, prices and orders

Displayed USD prices are launch offers for the starting scopes listed on the services and learning pages. They are not subscriptions. Submitting a brief or joining the Surj Live interest list does not accept a contract, book time, reserve capacity or authorise a charge. Stripe checkout is being tested. A test checkout never purchases a service or moves real money. Real payment is available only for an explicitly agreed live quote.

Before payment we agree the seller details, deliverables, total price and any applicable tax, payment method, start date, deadline, revision allowance, usage rights, cancellation and refund terms in writing. Work starts only after acceptance of those terms, the complete brief and verified payment. Indicative turnaround times depend on an agreed start date and availability.

Any third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting, stock licences, ad spend and paid integrations must be disclosed and agreed separately. We do not promise unlimited revisions, guaranteed revenue, fundraising, rankings or audience growth. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this page.

Payments and invoices

When checkout is available for an agreed quote, Stripe hosts the payment form and processes your payment information. Stripe may collect an email, billing address and business tax ID for payment, tax and transaction documents; you do not need to use email for project conversations. Surj does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

We retain the accepted quote, Stripe transaction references, amount, currency, tax, payment status and invoice or receipt links with your project. Payment status is confirmed with Stripe, separately from work progress. Applicable tax is displayed before a live payment. No live tax collection is enabled until seller details and required tax settings are ready. Stripe processes data under its own privacy terms at stripe.com/privacy.

Training and consulting

The $99 AI workflow clinic is asynchronous written coaching for one task: one playbook, five reusable prompts, one worked exercise and two written Q&A rounds within seven days of delivery. The $249 team playbook starting scope covers three workflows for one team function, ten prompts, a written practice exercise, a handover guide and one revision. Neither includes a live call.

Surj Live is a planned AI text-coaching service, currently an interest list only. The proposed $49 pilot format is 30 minutes with up to 20 AI replies. It is not available to book or pay for. Final limits, model, data handling, payment and cancellation arrangements will be supplied before it opens. It is not a human consultant, video call or certification programme.

AI use and source materials

Research, communication, design, code and training use AI assistance. AI can make mistakes; we check work against the agreed brief, and you approve factual claims and final use. Supply only materials you are authorised to share. We do not invent testimonials, clients, audits, partnerships, credentials or performance data. The SignalKit concept is fictional. Surj.ai is independent and does not imply endorsement by an AI provider.

Deliverable rights and any third-party asset licences are specified in the order agreement. Brand work does not include trademark clearance. Research and consulting do not replace licensed legal, clinical, financial or regulatory advice. Security audits and discretionary investment management are outside these services.

Contact, corrections and changes

Use your private project conversation for questions, corrections, included revisions or deletion requests. Replies are asynchronous. No response-time guarantee applies unless it is included in your written order. We will agree material changes to accepted orders directly before proceeding.
