A WRITTEN AI WORKFLOW CLINIC
The AI tool works sometimes. You need a repeatable process for one task.
You use an AI assistant for something you do every week. Some results are good; others need a rewrite. One common cause is that the task has not been broken into a repeatable process.
WHAT YOU GET
One task, turned into a playbook.
The AI workflow clinic is US$99, confirmed in a written quote before you pay. It includes:
- an assessment of one task you actually do;
- a personalised, step-by-step playbook;
- five reusable prompts and one worked exercise;
- two written Q&A rounds within seven days of delivery.
It is not a live session. The clinic is asynchronous written coaching. It does not include a video call or instant chat.
DO IT YOURSELF
Four checks for a task that will not stay fixed
- Name the input. Write down exactly what you provide each time and in what form.
- Describe the output first. Give the format, length, exclusions and one short example of a good result.
- Split the job. If one prompt reads, decides and writes, try three steps and check each result.
- Keep what works. Save a useful prompt with the input that produced the result. That becomes your playbook.
If you have tried these and the task still does not hold, that is what the clinic is for.
HOW IT WORKS
Start with the real task.
- Send the task, tool, failure point and a de-identified example.
- Save your private project link.
- We check the fit and confirm the quote asynchronously.
- You approve and pay by card, then work starts.
- Your playbook arrives in the same conversation. The target is two business days, not a guarantee.
The playbook is written with AI tools and checked by a second, independent AI reviewer before delivery.
QUESTIONS
Which AI tools does this cover?
Whichever general assistant you already use for the task, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Can you set it up for my whole team?
Not in the clinic, which covers one task for one person. Team work is quoted separately.
Will this guarantee better results?
No. It gives you a structured method, prompts tailored to one task and two rounds of written follow-up.
